Welcome to Moving to Italy by Raf! By accessing or using our website, purchasing our digital products, or enrolling in our coaching services, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Educational Nature of Services (The "90/10 Rule")

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Moving to Italy by Raf is an educational platform. We are NOT a law firm, and our staff are NOT attorneys.

No Legal Advice: The content provided in our guides, courses, and coaching sessions is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for legal advice from a licensed Italian attorney (Avvocato) or tax professional (Commercialista).

The 90/10 Responsibility Rule: We provide the strategic framework (90%) to help you plan your move. You acknowledge that the final 10%—verification of legal requirements and submission of documents—must be handled by licensed professionals who understand your specific circumstances.

No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, residency, or tax status. Immigration decisions are at the sole discretion of the Italian government.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our digital products (e-books, guides, checklists) and course materials are the intellectual property of Moving to Italy by Raf.

License to Use: When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and view the content for your personal, individual use only.

Prohibitions: You may NOT:

Share, redistribute, or resell our guides or course login credentials to others.

Upload our content to public websites or file-sharing servers.

Copy our proprietary frameworks for use in your own commercial business.

Violation: If we discover that you have violated these terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access without refund and pursue legal action for copyright infringement.

3. Coaching & Classes

Scope: Coaching sessions are designed for mentorship, strategic planning, and education. We cannot and will not represent you in legal matters or speak to Italian authorities on your behalf.

Cancellations: Please refer to our Refund Policy. We require 24 hours' notice for rescheduling.

Code of Conduct: We maintain a safe and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in harassment, abuse, or unethical behavior (including attempts to commit immigration fraud).

4. Third-Party Professionals

We may recommend or list third-party professionals (attorneys, accountants, translators).

These recommendations are based on our professional network, but we do not control these third parties.

We are not liable for any services provided by third-party professionals. You are responsible for vetting and contracting with them directly.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

In no event shall Moving to Italy by Raf (or its officers, directors, employees) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

We are not liable for denied visa applications, financial losses, or legal penalties incurred in Italy or the USA.

You agree that your use of our information is at your sole risk. As per the Italian principle "La legge non ammette ignoranza" (The law does not admit ignorance), you are solely responsible for your compliance with Italian law.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California, United States.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, regardless of your location or residency in Italy.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
